Together we will take movement as a part of our everyday life. We will develop higher education culture through movement to support learning, well-being and communality.
Higher education culture is developed together by:
- Creating a common movement guideline that encourages the 3AMK higher education community to take movement into account and increase it in all its activities
- Creating and launching pedagogical practices that promote study ability in counselling and teaching to increase movement
- Targeting interventions and pilots especially to increase sedentary students’ movement and physical activity.
