What do I do when my user ID isn't working?
If your user ID isn’t working, try the following:

If these do not help, contact the student administration of the UAS whose system you are trying to log in to.
Why am I not receiving teacher’s messages?
Usually, only the first message related to the course will be sent to your university’s email. Teachers send their messages through the implementation’s learning platform, and therefore, the messages go to the student email address of the UAS whose learning platform is used for the implementation. Unfortunately, these messages cannot be forwarded to another email, so remember to follow not only your own email but also the email you use to log in to the learning platform. You can also read the messages directly from the learning platform.
Who can I contact for more information about the course?
If you want more information about the course content or schedules, you can contact the coordinating teacher of the implementation. You can find the coordinating teacher on the course’s own site.

Can I include my studies in my degree?
Studies can be included in the elective studies of the degree. However, the inclusion of studies must always be agreed upon with the person responsible for study counselling.
Why are there fewer studies available than before?
In the past, in addition to courses built in cooperation with 3AMK, the offering included selected studies from Haaga-Helia’s, Laurea’s and Metropolia’s own offerings. Now the offering mainly includes courses created in cooperation with 3AMK, with a few exceptions.
Some of these UASs’ own studies, which were removed from the 3AMK offering, are still open to students of Haaga-Helia, Laurea and Metropolia. They can be viewed through the cross-institutional study service in Peppi/Pakki/OMA.
