On Tuesday the 13th, 3AMK RDI team members took part in a workshop on collaboration development. The workshop was facilitated by management consultant Barbara Malmström and assisted by Helena Kuusisto-Ek, Senior Lecturer in Management at Metropolia. Often conducted in a close contact, the exercise has been innovated to be conducted virtually due to corona restrictions.
Organisational Constellation is a method developed in Germany in the 1990s to study the dynamics and relationships of an organisation, and order and interaction of the key parts of a system. It aims to improve the functionality of an organisation. The workshop at Zoom was supported by a virtual reality space.
