After having completed this course, the student:
- has ability to identify the change in airline industry and airline markets during the past century
- is able to define aviation value chain and airline’s main stakeholders
- is able to distinguish diverse airline business models, partnerships and the density of partnerships
- is able to interpret airline’s basic key performance indicators.
