  • The growth of airline partnerships? from interline agreements to mergers
  • Airline alliances?, what are advantages and disadvantages
  • Characteristics and major airline business models?
  • Measuring airline performance and basic KPI’s

After having completed this course, the student:

  •  has ability to identify the change in airline industry and airline markets during the past century
  • is able to define aviation value chain and airline’s main stakeholders
  • is able to distinguish diverse airline business models, partnerships and the density of partnerships
  • is able to interpret airline’s basic key performance indicators.
