Course content
During the course, you will create and implement a plan for your personal well-being. You will also try various well-being and physical activities and reflect on your learning independently and in small groups.
Upon completing this course, you will:
- Recognize the factors that promote and challenge your well-being in your daily life.
- Be able to make sustainable choices to strengthen your study and work readiness.
- Improve your self-reflection skills and recognize what a study/work-life balance means to you.
- Develop better peer learning skills and know how to support the learning of others.
