Metacognitive Skills for Study and Well-being (3 ECTS)

Do you want to study smarter and lead yourself better? This course develops your metacognitive skills to sharpen your study habits, guide your goal-setting and boost your wellbeing. Through experiential and active learning, you will build tools for success in both studies and future career.

Balancing studies and well-being is key to enjoying student life and succeeding academically. This course gives you practical strategies and metacognitive skills to help you thrive both in your current studies but also in your future career.

Through experiential and active learning, you will plan, implement, and reflect on actions that improve your well-being and daily habits. Activities are interactive, hands-on, and emphasize peer support and real-life application.
