3AMK Universities of Applied Sciences, Haaga-Helia, Metropolia, and Laurea, are collaborating with STRYV to introduce the STRYV Talent Connect program, offering students the opportunity to complete their professional work placement in growing startups.
Through the program, students can apply for startup internships for Spring and Summer 2026 and gain hands-on experience while completing their university’s required professional work placement.
Instead of traditional placements, students can join startup teams and contribute to real work in dynamic company environments.
How the program works
The program operates through the STRYV platform, where startups publish internship opportunities.
Students create a profile, explore available internships, and apply to opportunities that match their skills and interests.
STRYV is an intelligent platform that connects early-career talent with relevant career opportunities. Through a unique profile, talents can showcase their skills, strengths, and potential, making it easier to get discovered and matched with junior roles.
Internships are available across multiple fields.
Examples of internship projects students may apply to work on include:
- AI product development
- Social media content and video campaigns
- Hospitality operations and customer experience
- User research for digital platforms
These internships provide real working experience, close collaboration with startup teams
and founders, and the opportunity to see how startups operate from the inside.
Who can apply
Students who:
- Have completed at least 120 ECTS credits
- have a minimum GPA of 2.5
- study at Haaga-Helia, Metropolia, Arcada or Laurea University of Applied Sciences

To introduce the program, we are hosting a STRYV Talent Connect Launch Event:

Place: Tapahtumatori, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Pasila Campus
During the event students will:
- learn how the internship program works
- explore available startup internship opportunities
- hear from a startup founder about working in a startup environment
- gain insight into startup culture and how startup teams operate
- learn how to build a strong profile on the platform and stand out to companies
