Corporate Responsibility

This learning lane will be implemented in 10 ECTS extent during autumn 2021

The learning lane gives an insight in different aspects of sustainability and responsibility in business and company operations. First, you will learn to identify feasible, ethical and resource efficient circular economy solutions , and then apply this knowledge in a project. Lastly, you will learn how to prepare for disruptive events and safeguard the continuity of business operations. Corporate responsibility is traditionally divided into economic, social and environmental responsibilities according to the triple bottom line thinking. Countries in the European Union share common alignments of corporate responsibility. One of them is the directive of corporate responsibility reporting that obliges large companies (with more than 500 employees) to hand out a report about their corporate responsibility.

This learning lane is suitable for Bachelor students.
